Do you take pictures of your food? We do. Here are a couple to share with you.
Roasted red peppers, cilantro, white onion, grape tomatoes, and avocado. How pretty is this presentation? This was just for taco’s one random week night. We eat well at our house. Food is very important to us. How it looks, as well as how it tastes.
I love this wood cutting board. I got it at an Estate sale for like $2. It’s about 14 inches long, and has a long handle. The tea towel is from Ikea.
Manchego cheese, and Ciabatta bread toasted on the griddle. I love the dry nutty taste of this cheese. I just love bread and cheese. Simple food for a simple girl.
Here is the cutting board again. This is the “go-to” cutting board for prepping dinner. The colored bamboo place mat is a thrifted find. He has a brother, they were each 50 cents.
More steaks. I love steak. We don’t have them that often, but we sure do take pictures of them. Also some sautéed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and sautéed onions. We had this the same night as the cheese and bread. That was a good night.
Simple fruit for dessert. Watermelon, grapes, and blueberries. They look so pretty, and fresh.
This is a plastic serving plate from TJ Maxx. It was marked down to $4.50. I love that even when I shop new, I can find some good prices.
There you go, a bit of lovely food to look at and some thrifted finds as well. I hope you enjoyed this round of “This is not a Food Blog”.
