This is not a Food Blog #1

Do you take pictures of your food? It seems more and more we are taking photos of the food we eat. Sometimes it is so pretty, you just have to. It looks so good, you have to snap a picture to remember it. Well, here are a few photos I have taken in the last few months. All of the food looks amazing and tasted the same.
Let’s start with a drink. Here is a beautiful Black and Blond. I used a spoon to pour a Guinness into a Harp Lager. I love having this during the winter. So yummy.

A beautiful steak, green bean casserole, and an accordion baked potato. See that bit of butter on the potato? I love that. Butter, pictures of butter. I love butter.

Chicken Marsala. Baby portabella mushrooms in the Marsala sauce. Garlic mashed potatoes with green onions and bacon. The potatoes also have sour cream in them. Were they rich? Oh yes, very.

French toast. Made with a special Challah type bread that has an orange swirl in it. And a bit of Grand Marnier. It makes the most lovely, lovely, french toast. Again, a food I eat with butter.

Eggs Benedict. With blanched Asparagus. I love breakfast. On Sunday mornings, or for dinner on a Tuesday night.

Fish Tacos and Yellow rice. Red cabbage adds such a nice crunch with head lettuce. I could eat Tacos every night for dinner.

Cuban Sandwiches. Ham, pounded out pork chops, pickles, and Jarlsberg cheese. A bit of yellow mustard and you are good to go. The best part? The bread is inside out! We got an awesome toast on that bread.

Not quiet a Cesar Salad. And for sure not a Chef salad. Chicken Breast, cucumber, green onions, yellow peppers, and sautéed cherry tomatoes. And shaved Parmesan cheese. Best Salad Ever.
