Spring Green Front Porch with more DIY Art

The Front Porch is a quick and easy spot for me to decorate. That is why I have so many photos of it.

So, here again is another quick- I promise -look at the Front Porch with Spring Green touches.

These stacked stools are on the Front Porch all the time. I have had them for years, and they have been painted a few different colors. I like having a spot by the door to place my bag on while I unlock the door.

I don’t normally go for items that are forest or dark green. I collect more blues, blacks and grays. But these vintage picnic baskets are so pretty. I have had the larger one on the bottom for a coulee of years. The smaller one on top I just found while out thrifting, and it was just meant to be. Love it!

The spring green pots and small metal buckets were all thrifted. All were $1 or less.

Here is the work horse of the Front Porch- my wicker table. I pulled this out of a neighbors trash and have painted it so many different colors. Now it’s oil rubbed bronze and I love it. I see a few chips in the paint, so I also see another coat of paint coming this spring.

I made this quick pinwheel Quilt pattern piece of artwork. I took scrapbook paper and cut it into the triangles. I then glued them onto a piece of clean brown cardboard, and placed it into a thrifted frame. I love how it turned out. It was quick and easy and cheap! And since it is just paper and cardboard I won’t feel guilty about changing it later. Or putting it in the recycling bin!

Another quick look at the Front Porch. Spring green pots and DIY art for March.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy my little space here.
