Blue is My Favorite Color After All

Welcome back! Let’s take a look at my small dining room decorated for the Spring Easter Holiday. Using Blue and White for the tablescape- a classic color combination.

Time and time again I have said that Blue is my favorite color. Navy, light, teal, indigo, turquoise, the list goes on and on. I use most of the blues in all of my decorating.

Simple Styling

I love the look of a grand table set with large center pieces. But I just don’t live that way. For me- set the table and put some flowers in the middle. Easy-peasy, don’t over think it.

Layer What You Have

When you buy what you like for your home it will always work together. And you may find those items in some unexpected places. The Shibori style charger was found on super clearance at the craft store. I then layered the charger with a creamy white plate bought at a garage sale. Topped with a blue and white plaid napkin and a wood egg found at the Target dollar spot. The silverware, also from Target– I have had for many years. I use that silverware every time we have a special meal.
