Today is the Day! It’s Reveal Day for The One Room Challenge!
What is the ORC, you ask? It is a six-week design challenge featuring 20 interior designers and over 200 guest participants. Each one is challenged to makeover one room or space, all collectively posting once a week over at the One Room Challenge website.
This is Week 6 and all will be posting reveals to the spaces they have been working on! I will be sharing our Colorful Patio and Backyard.
I have been lucky enough to be one of the Guest Participants. Be sure to check out all of the great projects my fellow DIY bloggers are tackling! Bedrooms, Laundry, Kitchens, and Bathrooms- there is inspiration for whatever project you’re looking to complete.
You can also see photos from all of the Participants that are posted on Instagram using the hashtag #oneroomchallenge
If you would like to see where I started and how things have been going check out these posts:
- Week One- the Plan
- Week Two- DIY Flamingo Pillows
- Week Three- No Progress, just Snow
- Week Four- We got some stuff Done!
- Week Five- It’s all about the Budget!
This will be Part One of my Colorful Patio Reveal. I have so many photos that I want to share that I will break it up into a couple of posts. Today we will see how the total space came together, and later in Parts 2 and 3, I will go into the small space details. Are you ready? I’m not, but here we go!
**UPDATE: Part 2 is live and can be seen HERE**

It’s amazing what can happen in a couple of weeks! We didn’t get to all of the projects that we wanted to. And there was even a Huge DIY fail, post coming later about that one. But I have to say, I am pretty pleased with where we are and how it all came together.
If you have been following along, Thank you! If you’re new here and just wanted to see what I did, I Thank you! Please come back for Part 2!
