Valentine’s Day Decor and Crafts
Hello. I am so happy to be back with my very good friends Ashlee of Sweet Southern Oaks (she has all the warm farmhouse feels to share with you). And Liz of Living with Liz (she’s been busy rehabbing a house for an income property) for another Sweet Moda Blog link-up. For this month’s theme, we all have a little love decor to show you for Valentine’s Day. Be sure and check out Ashlee and Liz’s Valentine Day posts at the bottom of this page.
Dollar Store DIY Crafts
I found these super cute plastic craft jars at the Dollar Tree store. They were just one dollar each and they reminded me so much of the snowglobe jars that have been so popular the last few winters. So why not make a Valentine Day theme snowglobe?

Using Valentine’s Day paper trims I very simply decorated the jar. A little hot glue was all it took. A pinwheel heart on top of the lid, and a sweet Valentine letter hanging from the inside. Then I poured silver and white glitter into the bottom with some tiny red glass beads for added texture and color. The finishing touch- just some red and white bakers twine wrapped around the rim of the lid and tied into a small bow. And my Valentine Snowglobe was complete! Really so cute and simple- it’s a craft anyone could do!
Ashlee has a super sweet yarn project to share!
